翔實光電位于江蘇省昆山市千燈鎮汶浦東路61號，占地65畝（規劃130畝），成立于2011年，前身為上海翔實玻璃有限公司（經營期2001年至2015年）。
2001年成立以來，一直專注于玻璃的蝕刻、物理鋼化、化學鋼化、絲網印刷、夾膠及光電封裝技術，建立了由博導、教授牽頭的數十位骨干組成的優秀技術團隊，對上述領域的新材料、新工藝、新裝備持續研發和應用拓展，完成了500多個發明、實用新型和外觀專利。
2001年至2014年期間主要生產裝飾玻璃，用于衣柜、櫥柜、隔斷等家居和電器產品，服務的客戶幾乎包含所有中高端品牌；
2015年開始主要生產電子玻璃和光電封裝產品，用于教育、會議、醫療及工控等觸控顯示產品，期間研發投入顯著，引領行業技術的發展；
2024年12月翔實憑借電子玻璃行業領先的加工技術，在廣州設計周首次推出用于建筑家居產品裝飾的翔實玻板，一種具備高強度、高安全性，符合安全玻璃3C標準的性能，可以任意切割、磨邊、鉆孔和挖缺的玻璃板材。翔實玻板優點：采用電子玻璃行業強化和精細的加工技術，具有高強度、高安全性，符合安全玻璃3C標準的性能，保持安全輕薄、肌理美學、親膚觸感和晶瑩剔透的質感，把工藝復雜的安全裝飾玻璃批量化生產，散單定制化銷售，生產厚度1+1mm及以上的夾膠玻板，標準板面67尺、68尺、69尺和610尺，使用時像板材一樣切割、磨邊、鉆孔、挖缺即可，無需鋼化。豐富了安全裝飾玻璃產品的多樣性，大幅提高了產品的精度和散單定制的交付能力，有效解決了淋浴房等要求較高的平、彎夾膠玻璃的平整度、疊差錯位、自爆、應力斑等痛點問題。
